From my personal practice to the insights I've gained through years of working with clients, I offer a unique fusion. Whether you're looking for strength, flexibility, relaxation, or a deeper mind-body connection, I guide you to move in a way that feels aligned, fluid, strong, and empowering.
My passion for yoga began in 2001, when I took my first class at 18—it completely transformed my well-being. Before then, I struggled with what you might call dyspraxia, feeling disconnected from my body and uncoordinated. Yoga helped me breathe fully, find balance, and even tell my left from my right!
Over the years, my practice evolved from Iyengar
to Ashtanga, and then to Vinyasa Flow, as I embraced a more intuitive, freeing approach. In 2010, I trained in India to become a certified yoga teacher, later expanding my expertise with pregnancy yoga, kids & teen yoga, face yoga and in 2022, Pilates. I also integrate my knowledge as a nutritionist and understanding of the body's meridians into my practice, creating a well-rounded approach to health and well-being.

Starting with some deep core work then Incorporating the breath through the poses to help detoxify organs and relieve stress whilst improving flexibility, stamina, strength and muscle tone.
Finishing with a deep relaxation to help you soak up the benefits of the practice.

“Hayley’s classes are just the right mix of relaxing, revitalising and dynamic. I have tried lots of yoga classes over the years and really love the way Hayley’s classes are planned and executed. You feel like you are pushed just the right amount with an interesting variety of poses and she really encourages and supports students of all levels.
I attended drop in classes which I have found previously a little limiting as levels and commitment from people are so different, but Hayley always managed to be equally inclusive of sporadic and regular attendees and ensured she created a friendly atmosphere. “I’ve been coming to Hayley’s Yoga classes for around six months. The more I’ve been the better it gets. You improve your form on each pose which enables you to get more benefit from each pose even the transitions between poses. Mentally and emotionally I find Yoga a massive benefit apart from the obvious physical benefits. Down to Hayley’s demeanour and the ambient music, the class just seems to work.
My latest class really hit the spot. I felt I needed the class, which so often now I do. But the improvement in my focus and ability to really meditate during the class actually gave me goosebumps. If you are at all spiritual, then you will know that feeling of energy flowing through you. We finished after the relaxation phase chanting a few ‘oms’ which sounded amazing. The voices resonated and created an amazing peaceful grounding atmosphere that sent shivers up and down my spine. Thank you for showing me yoga and its benefits."
“This yoga class is fab! I go every week if I can as I really feel the benefit of the class. I have practised yoga in the past but haven’t enjoyed it as much as I do Hayley’s class. She works you quite hard during the warm-up so much so that you actually get a sweat on! Then she guides you through poses you couldn’t imagine yourself doing. She helpfully corrects any poses you’re struggling with and helps you get into position if you can’t do it yourself.
The class ends with a lovely relaxation routine which is a struggle to stay awake through! Hayley has a very calm nature and you can’t help but feel energised at the end of the class. I enjoy the class so much that I bring three friends along with me. I should add that I have a painful neck and shoulder condition and Hayley is very supportive and suggests alternative poses for any that I have trouble with“

We’ll begin with Face Yoga, followed by a calming breathwork session, then flow through some of the juiciest Pilates core moves, before diving into a dynamic Vinyasa Flow. We’ll finish with deep Yin Yoga, topped off with a blissful sound bath and Live music from Rebecca Fawn (music therapist).
The session concludes with delicious warm dahl, and you’ll leave with a full heart.
